(August) September & October events

Honored to participate in a virtual interview with the scholars at Summit Academy in Brooklyn September 17 and looking forward to Lionel Vital representing Selavi at the Boston Book Fair, October 16. Enjoyed meeting the inaugural class of Chicago Friends School and creating together some delightful paper seeds and plants! Powerfully moved by last month's Lao American Writer's Summit in Minneapolis! So much talent in one room! Still working on our contribution to celebrate Hanoi's 1000th birthday. I will certainly post images when we have completed it.

Thank you for visiting!
I was scheduled to be at BEA in NYC at the Cinco Puntos table at the end of May,
also visiting Harlem Middle school with Behind the Book 
to share Pitch Black and create a mural project.
Also scheduled to attend  bookculture for their One of Us event.
Due to unforeseen circumstances beloved New York will have to wait,

In the meantime, (nice time) Chicago mostly, I will update as events arise.

which has already received attention from the Asian American Press
